| BRIEF INTRODUCTION |

OUR BACKGROUND Sandeep Doshi started SUN TECHNOLOGIES about a decade back. It started with dealing in supplies of Hardwares and over a period of time, it has developed gradually to provide an overall ‘Sales, Service & Support’ package to its clients by providing informations, updates, etc. Presently, SUN TECHNOLOGIES deals equally with Hardwares, Softwares & other allied fields. OUR MANAGEMENT SUN TECHNOLOGIES is a family run venture being managed by the DOSHI family. Mr.Sandeep Doshi looks after the Sales, Marketing & Support Departments, while his wife Mrs.Zenab Doshi looks after the Business Development & Data Security Departments. Other members of the family takes care of After Sales Services as well as of Web & Internet Division. OUR ETHICS Initially, we dealt in the field of Hardware supplies only. During the course of business, we came across clients who were capable of providing good business, but were not satisfied merely by supply of hardwares. Instead, they looked further to get good after sales support, guidance on softwares, upgrades on the latest in the field of Information Technology (IT), etc., for making optimum use of their investment on computers. In short, lack of computer related knowledge and negligence from the side of hardware / software providers was the hitch which was obstructing the way of IT in small cities like SURAT. This proved for us to become our Motto for future. We, at SUN TECHNOLOGIES decided to make a team of such dedicated persons, who do not restrict themselves just upto SUPPLIES but who also go further to SERVE by identifying the related needs of the clients and do their best to fulfil the same by their active SUPPORT. Likewise, our mantra of ‘S3’ came into existence – Supply Serve Support. OUR BUSINESS Soon after the ‘S3’ became our business ethic, we saw a drastic change in the attitude of our clients. People started getting more and more interested in computerisation which earlier used to be an acivity which they avoided till possible. This response made us realise that we not only need an immediate increase in our manpower but also need to expand our area of dealing. Subsequently, we started our ‘Service’ and ‘Support’ divisions with inclusion of skilled people in our team. With the increasing needs of our clients & possibilities in the IT field, we started our ‘Web Hosting & Internet’ and ‘Virus Protection’ divisions. All the divisions are doing their bit pretty well to take SUN TECHNOLOGIES to newer heights of name, fame & business. Recently, SUN TECHNOLOGIES has gone beyond the city limits of SURAT and have started its business activities in certain neighbouring cities/towns also like Vapi, Vadodara & Ahmedabad. |
